Mumbai: E-commerce and hyperlocal delivery startup EverydaySure is all set to start its operations pan India. EverydaySure is onboarding over 1 lakh sellers and seeking to hire over 2 lakh people to deliver the orders faster in an upcoming festive season.

The company is now setting up delivery centers and dark stores to expand its presence across the country for hyperlocal deliveries. A dark store is a small warehouse or neighborhood fulfillment center where customers cannot enter directly to buy but can only order online for home delivery. Customers can place their orders through the website everydaysure.in or mobile app to be launched soon this month.

“In e-commerce and hyperlocal delivery, speed matters most. Next to speed, we have a wide range of carefully curated items and pricing in line with recommended retail prices. Through EverydaySure, we want to deliver customers’ orders literally everyday sure. With our dark stores model, sellers can store their inventory close to the customers; this model encourages local entrepreneurship and new business partnerships. With EverydaySure, we have the capability to bring together the whole network of local stores onto our platform easily which enables us to deliver customers’ orders faster and in a convenient way”, said Preeti Shekhar Ojha, Head of Strategic Planning at EverydaySure, in a statement.

Meanwhile, the hyperlocal market became hyper-competitive, EverydaySure will primarily compete with Google-backed Dunzo, China’s Alibaba-backed BigBasket, SoftBank-funded Grofers, Amazon Pantry, Walmart-owned Flipkart Supermart, and Reliance’s JioMart.

“We will make significant investments for expanding our fulfillment and transportation capabilities to make EverydaySure’s delivery faster, normally the same day (in one hour or even faster) or hardly very next day (in a specific situation) in all categories. EverydaySure won’t be just another e-commerce and hyperlocal player in the market, our aim is to build the largest e-commerce platform in the country with the most efficient logistics and fastest delivery solution for every city. Soon, we will expand from groceries & household needs to fashion, electronics, lifestyle & healthcare”, said Dharmendra Shekhar Ojha, Founder, and CEO of EverydaySure.
