Mumbai, 20th May 2021:  After ending the last financial year on a high, Xanadu Realty is heading towards its next milestone by expanding to new geography. The slump in the first quarter of FY 2020–21 has been obvious across industries, however, Xanadu bounced back and thrived. They generated INR 2,200 Crores+ of sales revenue for their business partners by the end of March 2021, which is the highest ever in the history of Xanadu since its inception.

2020 became a watershed moment for Xanadu, making several developers realize the importance of having a marketing and sales expert accelerating their business revenue. From working with 4 partners at a time, 2020–21 saw more than 12 clients across 25 projects further making apparent the demand for Xanadu’s expertise in the MMR. In addition to conquering MMR, they set up a base in Bengaluru in 2020. Pashmina developers, an existing partner in Mumbai saw merit in associating with Xanadu for their project in Bengaluru too. The brand has strengthened its bonds across all micro-markets and categories, with marquee clients such as the Hiranandani Group, Runwal, Raunak Group and the House of Abhinandan Lodha. The Raunak Group, has been a portfolio partner associated with Xanadu since 2019 They rose to become the no. 4 ranked developers in the MMR from number 17 and no.1 in Thane in 2020. This testifies to the dedicated and steady efforts put into the brand during this partnership. With the MMR business booming, earlier this year Xanadu tied with established developers such as Poddar Housing, Adhiraj Constructions and Spenta Corporation.

After success in these markets, Xanadu has now chosen to expand its operations to Pune owing to the tremendous growth in real estate demand in the last decade. Stable prices, low interest rates, and government sops helped push up sales and launches in Pune and Mumbai housing market in the first 3 months of 2021, helping them corner half of the sales in India.

Talking about the latest development, Mr Vikas Chaturvedi, CEO of Xanadu Realty, said, “In the middle of the pandemic coupled with an economically unstable financial year, we have received a tremendous response in the MMR and Bangalore regions in the first quarter of 2021, leading us to become prominent real estate marketing and sales accelerators with a strong foothold in the market. Post a milestone year, we are now looking to expand our operations to new geographies beginning with Pune, the fastest growing metropolis in the country today. We see great potential in this market with more professionals and millennials seeking homes in this region, and Grade A developers eager to service this demand”.

The second-largest city in Maharashtra after Mumbai, Pune is one of the fastest-growing residential markets in India. With an ecosystem where start-ups thrive and being the second biggest IT hub in the country, Pune attracts a gentry of well-educated professionals looking at making the city their home. The industrial growth in the region and quick connectivity to Mumbai & Nashik by road is bringing in a sizable demand for homes in areas such as Wakad, Pimpri Chinchwad, Bavdhan and Wagholi in the market. The high potential and a massive interest pouring in from financial institutions and developers drove Xanadu Realty to set foot and grow its brand in the Pune real estate market.

Xanadu being a pioneer institutional marketing & sales expert to the real estate sector has always strived to be a game-changer with its solutions. 2020 brought the focus on agility in business and Xanadu has invested significantly to this effect by adopting newer technology for virtual selling. However, the organization is of the strong belief that tech alone cannot be the solution. Marketing and Sales are still largely dependent on people and being able to understand consumer behavior. The last mile effort will always need a human touch. Xanadu’s associate strength has more than doubled since the start of 2020, which also reflects its growth and expansion in the past year. They are constantly striving to nurture this talent with the right opportunities and aiding development. With an expansion to Bengaluru last year and now Pune, they are surely looking at creating a mark in the real estate industry across the country.
