WHO’s prestigious ‘Asia Safe Surgical Implant Consortium QIP Award 2023’ bestowed on Apollo Hospitals Navi Mumbai

 The award recognises the excellence in sterilisation practices during surgical procedures

Navi Mumbai, 19 February 2024: Celebrating a new achievement in patient safety, the World Health Organization (WHO) honoured Apollo Hospitals Navi Mumbai (AHNM) with the ‘Asia Safe Surgical Implant Consortium Quality Improvement Project (QIP) Award 2023’ done in collaboration with 3M Company. This accolade is an appreciation of Apollo’s unwavering commitment to elevate healthcare standards and recognizes Apollo Hospital’s sharp focus on patient safety and clinical outcomes at par with the best institutions in the world and its commitment to excellence in surgical safety. In the intricate world of healthcare, Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) stands as a silent guardian, ensuring impeccable medical care and safeguarding against infections.
