Mumbai, 17^th March,2022: HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company, a leading general insurance company in the private sector, announced the launch of ‘ReVibe’ – an inclusive return-to-work program. This program is designed for professionals who have opted for a temporary pause from work and are looking to start over their professional life.

Professionals take a career break for various reasons which may include illness, caring for a relative, childcare, enhancing mental health or pursuing their passion. Through the ReVibe program, HDFC ERGO aims to reintroduce talented people by restoring their skills through well-structured learning programs, on-the-job assignments and access to the latest technologies and multi-disciplinary teams.

Speaking on the launch of the ReVibe program, Ms Sudakshina Bhattacharya, CHRO, HDFC ERGO General Insurance said, “Everyone has their right to make a choice. Can we create an ecosystem to enable people to live this choice without having to pay a huge price for it. With this essence we welcome professionals to return to their careers and be happy and proud of their choices”.

The ReVibe program is spread over 120 days, during which period the professionals will be provided hands-on support in the form of onboarding, group coaching and mentoring. The candidates will also be enabled with HDFC ERGO’s support mechanism by way of peer networks, training and upskilling, which will further their endeavour to ease into the workplace.
