Highlights India’s Innovation, Skilling, and Future of Work

Mumbai, India – November 14, 2025 – The National Economic Growth Summit and Awards 2025, hosted at Hotel Orchid Mumbai, emerged as a landmark event advancing India’s economic vision through knowledge sharing, innovation, and recognition of exceptional achievement.​

 

The summit was meticulously planned and brought to fruition through the dedicated efforts of the ‘Talent Value’ team, led by Mr. Mitesh Jobanputra Director of Talent Value, who managed everything from selecting and evaluating the awardees to organizing the panelists and ensuring the success of the event.

 

In the keynote addressed by Mr. Vipul Dave CEO of Talent Value celebrated the first anniversary of Talent Value and emphasized the mission to ignite, nurture, and recognize young entrepreneurial ideas as part of India’s growth journey.

 

Mr. Vipul Dave Underscored India’s pivotal role in shaping the “Future of Work,” advocating for a blend of technical skills, artificial intelligence, and essential soft skills to nurture the workforce of tomorrow.

 

A thought-provoking panel discussion, ‘Grassroots to Growth,’ included notable leaders: Mr. Sunil Modi (Sunil Modi & Company), Prabhat Saxena (Regal Rexnord), Dhaivat Kothari (SBI Pension Fund), Mrunal Nagrecha (Xanthus Innovations), and Mr. Ruben Chheda (MaxxGroww Realty Advisors). The panel spotlighted the urgent need for reskilling in light of rapid advances in AI, suggesting that Business Leaders and HR must proactively drive upskilling strategies as new opportunities and roles arise.

 

Another significant panel, “Women at the Helm,” focused on unlocking economic potential through inclusive leadership. Moderated by Ms. Mamta Dhingra, the discussion featured Ms. Jinita Desai (Global Talent Company), Ms. Yenki Asrani (Inside Out), Dr. Vandana Shah (Entrepreneur), and Ms. Avanti Poredi (Corporate Lawyer). The panelistsagreed that women’s innate leadership qualities, strong communication skills, and ongoing self-upgradation fuel innovation and economic growth. The session recognized PM Modi’s powerful vision for India and a strong support for women. After 2014 a lot has changed in the country and women are emerging contributing to the economic growth of India and the Government has a lot of schemes and incentives for Women.

 

A dedicated panel of NGO’s was hosted by Onelife Charitable Trust and Mr. Niraj Newatia (Shree Narayabi Gosala and Charitable Trust) for Social Humanitarian and Environmental cause often filling gaps where Government services are lacking.

Their activities aim to promote welfare, provide aid, protect the environment and empower communities.

 

A dedicated panel on cybercrime prevention, was hosted by Mr. Akshat Khetan and Ms. Neeti Goel (Co-founders WHT Now), enlightened the audience on the cyber-crimeshappening today and how to prevent them.

 

The summit also featured a session by Ms. Alina Alam, Founder-CEO of Mitti Café world’s largest chain of cafes which is completely managed by persons with disabilities.

 

Award winners and attendees whole heartedly acknowledged the summit’s crucial role in fostering innovation, celebrating talent, and steering strategies essential for India’s future progress.
