1. What triggered you to come up with CHIRAL VENTURES? How did this idea generated?

Firstly we would like to thank our mentors, because they have left an immense impact on our way of work and our beliefs about how to conduct our business. We believe that every business has some room for improvement and needs someone to look at it objectively from an outsider’s viewpoint as well as the customer’s viewpoint. We have a strong motto – We believe in precise, profitable results! And we believe in anyone who has the hunger to get ahead of his problems, his limiting beliefs, his so called excuses, we provide practical tools and techniques to make it happen. So be it professionals, students, entrepreneurs or even housewives it doesn’t matter to us as long it they have a beat in their chest and a hunger in their stomach we serve them.

2. Please tell us about the services you provide.

To serve our customers we have generalised and customised programs as well. We spend a lot of time in understanding the challenges being faced by the management as well as the internal and external customers; we also research on the current trends of the industry segment. After which we prepare a plan that includes pep talks of one hour, practical workshops of 3 to 7 days, and a holistic consulting service lasting from 3 months to a year. Especially we would love to mention our “Nuts and Bolts series” here we have amazing programs ranging from personal grooming, personal productivity, Fast learning, leadership, Selling skills, Black magic persuasion.

We have 14 such programs that just click with our clients and give them measurable results.

3. What are the challenges that you have faced in setting up this venture?

At first we were faced with the burning question of how to increase the circle of influence for an individual, so after many experiments and R&D, study of psychology, sociology, spirituality, politics and their interconnectivity. Various therapies, interviews with influencers, peak performers led to the creation of Chiral Ventures

5.  How and where do you operate? What’s your business model?

Currently we have focused our business on video conferencing platforms, but we do visit client sites and we also provide domain experts to handle special needs for clients

7. What type of clients have you catered for your services?

We cater to individuals and companies as well. They can belong to any industry such as Pharma, manufacturing, educational institutions, students, IT etc. . . .

8.  How do your clients benefit using your services? 

Firstly, we do an extensive research to diagnose the challenges being faced by our clients and then recommend the solutions. 

We expect full compliance as we may hurt them with truth but we never comfort them with lies. 

Now we can’t pinpoint a single benefit but major ones are – optimise usage of resources, increase in profitability, reduction in stress and anxiety, increase in productivity, boost in sales, developing new verticals, efficacy in communication techniques and so on…   

9. Any feedback you remember given by your clients?

They are so Many! Well the most memorable one is when one our clients explained how after implementing our business strategies, his sales increased and that too, without giving a single rupee discount in hyper competition! The confidence and happiness in voice and tone told us everything!

10.  On what parameters do you measure results? 

On results, that’s it. For example, if you are taking sales training from us we measure closing ration, revenue and recovery from your team members.

Our only parameter is delivering expected results to our client. So parameters, charts and forms, even measurement techniques vary according to that.

11. What are your GOALS, 5 years down the line? Where do you see yourself after 5 years?

Well it’s a bit confidential but to put it in simple terms, we have a target of bringing meaningful change in lives of 1,00,000 people.
