FirstHandle launches a new UI with added features

Mumbai, 13th June,2016 : FirstHandle, an innovative mobile app firm that connects neighbourhood citizens with local stores through mobile alerts on available deals, has launched a new upgraded app, making it user friendly and easy to navigate with a completely new look.
FirstHandle aims to deliver a frictionless user experience with this new UI by overhauling the visual and motion design for its Android and iOS versions.A key feature is the personalization layers that help a user navigate faster and easier within the app to locate real time discounts or sales in their neighbourhood from among categories of products they are interested in.
“The objective of this overhaul is to make the user journey within the app easier and faster along with the ability to show more relevant deals and customized dashboards to enable driving real value to the consumer”, a spokesman ofFirstHandle said.
The now better designed interface helps a user to navigate within the app seamlessly with the added feature of a map search ability which enables the user to choose any preferred location to discover deals in that area and locate precisely both the store and the product. The app also offers the option to book a cab to get to the store. The new design lets the user personalize their experience by shortlisting the interest categories and adding favourites.
Says Gaurav Sinha, FirstHandle’s CEO and Co-Founder: “Most of the changes have been implemented based on the feedback we have received from the users. In addition, the goal was to take the user experience to a whole new level. So, excited with the material design and world class UI, we are certainly expecting the user retention and engagement grow manifolds with this.”
The new interface hopes to eliminate the usual technology hurdles making the job easier for the user. To be more precise, the upgraded app helps by adding a tabular home page for easy navigation and usage, One step coupon redemption process and Enhanced search options.
