It is a well known fact that clicking selfies has become a fad amongst everyone. The fact was clearly evident at the press conference and launch of an authentic restaurant. Besides food Bollywood stars were the biggest attraction at the afternoon where delicious food was the topic of discussion was attended by Ujjwala Raut, Aneel Murarka, Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, Umesh Pherwani, Shweta Khanduri, Rajeev Mahavir, RJ Archana, Ranveer  Brar, Hariharan etc

Carrying forward the dream of Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor of proving gourmet cuisines at affordable prices SKRPL’s Hong Kong is a step in that direction on the oriental route.

Speaking at a press conference where CEO Rajeev Matta was also present, Sanjeev Kapoor said “Oriental cuisine has as much a wide variety of taste, dishes and flavor like Indian cuisines. With this in mind we decided on opening Hong Kong to make the reach of this rich cuisine as wide as possible. We have the best of oriental chefs and experts on board to give you an unforgettable eating experience, yet one that will not make a dent in your wallet

Rajeev Matta, CEO SKRPL also stated “Encouraged by the initial good response and novelty of the concept of Hong Kong in Mumbai and Ahmedabad, we have expansion plans and look forward to opening Hong Kong outlets in several other cities in the near future in India and abroad- with our usual promise of unforgettable food at affordable rates.

The press conference was attended by prominent media personalities from leading publications. The highlight of the press conference was a live cooking demo by none other than Sanjeev Kapoor where he will dish up a delicious one of his favorites from our menu. This was followed by a scrumptious lunch for all.

The menu which bears Sanjeev Kapoor’s stamp of culinary excellence with quite a few of his signature dishes like Brocolli with Tofu Dimsum( broccoli mixed with tofu and sweet basil);Har Guadimsum ( chopped prawns wrapped in folded hand shape);specially cooked Hong Kong style grills Gai Yang ( boneless chicken skewered with Thai herbs); Crunchy nuts on Crackling Spinach ( crunchy cashewnuts tossed in sweet chilli served over traditional crispy spinach); Crispy Lamb ( crispy shredded lamb tossed in sweet and spicy sauce); Vegetable Mopu Tofu       (tofu cooked with freshly chopped vegetables in red sauce) and many more…
