Mumbai, 21th September 2023: To encourage eco-friendly celebrations of Ganesh Chaturthi, Orchids The International School, Thane branch hosted a Terracotta Making Workshop for students and parents within the school premises. The workshop aimed to create eco-consciousness and raise awareness on environmentally friendly practices especially during the festive season.
The workshop was designed to provide participants with hands-on experience in terracotta clay modeling, encourage creativity and self-expression through art, and promote understanding and learning with parents. The parents and students enthusiastically participated in the workshop and added personalized touch to Ganapati idols with their creativity.
The faculty of the school and skilled instructors guided participants in the session. The workshop honed artistic skills of participants and also fostered cultural understanding and appreciation. Orchids The International School always aims to promote creativity and raise awareness to save the environment.
