The Dosa festival is at the High-Tide restaurant, which allows one to indulge in hot crispy dosas with the tranquilizing view of Aksa beach.

So, come and relish a range of mouth-watering Veg and Non-Veg Dosas straight from Executive Chef Pawan Kumar Lal’s kitchen right at the heart of Maharashtra. The menu offers three different types of batter i.e, Teen Dal Batter, Rawa Batter and Normal Dosa Batter with a range of different toppings. Vegetarian toppings offers Plain, Masala, Vegetable, Onion Masala , Mysore Masala, Cottage Cheese & Vegetable, Spring Vegetable, Cheese & Chilli, Uttapam, Spinach, Tomato, Corn and Pepper and Non-Vegetarian toppings offers Eggs, Chicken Tikka, Chicken Peas Keema, Szechwan Chicken, Chicken Spring, Mutton Keema and Prawns. Dosas will be served with Sambar, Red Chuttney and Coconut Chuttney.
