We are extremely grateful to the Quick Heal Foundation for extending support in our quest. With the help of Modamrut van, we will now be able to reach out to a larger number of beneficiaries.”

Women and children in low-income households of Kolhapur district often suffer from malnutrition. This stems from an extreme lack of awareness regarding the importance of adequate nutrition and medical facilities aimed specifically to improve maternal, neonatal, and paediatric health. Deep-rooted gender bias amongst the underprivileged communities of the region aggravate the problem further. The Modamrut Yan van will work towards breaking the barriers that impede the health of women and children in Kolhapur, through awareness drives, health camps, and more.
