Mumbai 18th September 2026: Oxford International, a global education platform delivering academic partnerships and education services across the UK, Canada, Australia, India, Germany, the USA and digitally beyond, is committed to creating a positive impact in the communities where it operates. Through its global CSR programme ‘Momentum’, based on the principle of Local Action, Global Impact, the organisation encourages employees to volunteer their time and work with community partners on initiatives focused on social wellbeing, education, inclusion and local development.

Over the past year, Oxford International partnered with purpose-driven NGOs and community organisations across India, supporting children, education, community wellbeing and environmental sustainability. These initiatives enabled employees to actively participate in community-focused activities beyond their regular professional responsibilities.

In October 2025, Oxford International partnered with ConnectFor for an Artshala initiative. Four team members helped transform a school into a brighter and more welcoming learning environment by painting classrooms, including a kindergarten classroom, and adding colour and creativity to the space.

In December 2025, the organisation conducted an internally curated Christmas giving drive in partnership with Snehasadan, Mumbai. A total of 216 employees came together to collect 537 kg of non-perishable food supplies, including cereals, pulses and tea, which were directed to local NGOs supporting underprivileged communities.

As part of its engagement with ConnectFor, Oxford International also participated in a beach cleaning drive in June 2026. Nearly 50 volunteers took part in the initiative, and the Oxford International team received the Best Team Performance Award from ConnectFor for its contribution and collective effort towards environmental sustainability.

From January to July 2026, Oxford International collaborated with Make-A-Wish India to support 100 critically ill children receiving treatment through 17 hospitals and care partners across 10 states. Of these children, 72 were undergoing cancer treatment. Forty-two wishes were delivered through Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, while others were fulfilled through hospitals and care organisations across Mumbai, Delhi, Varanasi, Kolkata and other locations.

Many wishes focused on helping children remain connected with their families and education during treatment, including laptops, phones and tablets. Others supported personal aspirations, such as meeting a chess grandmaster or experiencing the role of a doctor.

Speaking about the initiatives, Ms. Jo Grendall, Chief People Officer, Oxford International, said, “At Oxford International, our commitment to making a difference goes beyond education. We believe that meaningful change happens when people come together around causes that matter. Through our CSR efforts and Momentum, we are creating opportunities for our colleagues to contribute, collaborate with community partners and help build stronger, more connected communities.”

These initiatives reflect Oxford International’s commitment to its core value of CARE and its Momentum philosophy of Local Action, Global Impact, while contributing to social wellbeing, education, inclusion, community development and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
