ISUZOTo beat the soaring summer heat, Isuzu Motors India Private Limited, a subsidiary of Isuzu Motors, Japan, distributed drinking water bottles to the general public in Tirupati and Nellore. The temperature has been on the rise across the country and the common people have been put to much hardship. Isuzu Motors India volunteered to provide them some respite by offering water bottles in the town for a period of 5 days from June 1st to June 5th.

ISUZU D-MAX pick-up truck and a MU-7 SUV were used in service to serve the water bottles at major junctions in Tirupati and Nellore all five days. Over 5000 bottles of water were distributed as part of Isuzu’s social responsibility initiative.

Speaking about the activity, Mr. Shigeru Wakabayashi, Deputy Managing Director, Isuzu Motors India, said, “In line with ISUZU’s community approach, we believe that we should support the society in any way we can. Although this is a small step, we do hope we have helped in providing comfort to some people in the time of need.”
