????????????????????????????????????India’s financial capital Mumbai was besieged by a handful of terrorists for 60 hours — leaving 166 people dead and injuring many more. Saluting the brave defence officials who gave up their lives to save others and paying tribute to the innocent victims, Industrialist & Philanthropist Aneel Murarka- Founder of AMPLE MISSIION events entertainment and more llp organized and spearheaded “The Global Peace Initiative, 2015”. The evening was a sombre occasion, saluting the resilient spirit of Mumbai. Mumbai has lost many lives but has always bounced back with much positivity. The initiative saluted this very valiant essence of the city.The aim of “Global Peace Initiative 2015” is to honor the men and women who have been the torchbearers of peace in their respective domain. From Social work to Education to Bollywood these great individuals have been spreading the message of Peace through their work. 

The first of its kind evening was anchored by the celebs who spinned their magic and kept the audience engaged with his patriotism towards the country. Apart from Vishal’s anchoring the extravaganza also witnessed ‘Walk for Peace” where: Deepak Dobriyal, Ritesh Sidhwani, sandhya shetty ,Shweta Khanduri ,  Harshaali Malhotra, Zoa Morani, Kainaat Arora, Bela Sehgal, Divyanka Tripathi, Kritika Karma, Arjun Bijlani, Toral Rasputra,  Yuvika Chaudhary, Roopal Tyagi, Smita Bansal, Jaya Bhattacharya, Ankit Bathla & Jigyasa Singh, Nia Sharma, Vishal Singh, Devoleena Bhattacharjee,  Neha Marda, Vishal Malhotra, Samir Soni,   Rashmi Desai, Karan Patel, Rohit Roy, Daya Shetty,  Raghu Ram, Rajiv Laxman, Namit Das, Vidya Malvade, Abhinav Shukla, Dheeraj Dhoopar , Anas Rashid, Rajshree Thakur, Kiku Sharda,  Suchitra Pillai, Helly Shah,  Nikita Dutta, Neelu Vaghela, Amar Upadhyay, Zoya Afroz, Chef Ranveer Brar, Sugandha Mishra,  Chef Ajay Chopra, Helly Shah, Jr, Sonali Kulkarni,Rohit Khandelwal, Jawed Habib, Gajendra Singh, Kanchi Singh, Devdatta Nage, Alesia Raut, Vartika Singh, Prasad Bidapa, Ashley Lobo, Anang Desai, Jayati Bhatia, Dev Dutt, Ankit Bathla & Jigyasa Singh, yogesh lakhani ,Santosh Juvekar, Bhushan Pradhan, Umesh Shukla, Aneel MURARKA and Uday Salunkhe who adorned the ramp along with Udaan Ghar, Don Bosco NGO Children all draped in clothes specially designed for the evening by designer Manali Jagtap. The costumes that adorned the celebrities were designed by ace designer Manali Jagtap. The costumes were specially designed for the event keeping the occasion in mind.

The stellar evening witnessed the first of its kind “Peace Awards” honoring the men and women who have been the torchbearers of peace in their respective domain. From Social work to Education to Bollywood these great individuals have been spreading the message of Peace through their work.

Dedicated to the noble cause, the performances commenced with Ganesh Vandana as a sign of auspicious start. The evening witnessed a number of dance and music performances by famous artists like: Sugandha Mishra, Monali Thakur & Ashley Lobo and troupe.

I take pride to be associated with Global Peace Initiative” further adding “It’s a delight to see celebrities \and politicians come forth and take this initiative forward. We as a country have beard consequences due to terrorism and now we declare that we won’t bear it any more. India is our and we need to demand security and so that we feel safe at our homes without having to worry”.
