INDIAN TEA ASSOCIATION Election of Honorary Office Bearers of the Indian Tea Association for the year 2016-17

Kolkata, 16th September, 2016: At the first meeting of the Indian Tea Association’s National Committee for the year 2016-17 held on Thursday 15th September 2016, Mr. Azam Monem, Wholetime Director, McLeod Russel India Limited, Mr Vivek Goenka, President, Warren Tea Limited and Ms. Nayantara Palchoudhuri, Director, Washabarie Tea Co.Pvt Ltd have been elected as Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Additional Vice-Chairman respectively of the Indian Tea Association for the year 2016-17.
As Chairman of Indian Tea Association Mr. Azam Monem will concurrently hold the Chairmanship of the Consultative Committee of Plantation Associations (CCPA), the apex body of Tea Plantation Associations in India.
