Utkarsh Small Finance Bank inaugurates its Branch in Virar

With this, the Bank has opened 69 branches in Maharashtra and 836 branches across the country.

Mumbai – May 22, 2023-: Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited (“USFBL” or the “Bank”), today announced the inauguration of its branch in Virar, Mumbai.  With this, the Bank has 836 branches in the country with 69 branches in the state of Maharashtra.

Customers at Virar, can now avail the Bank’s products and services, which includes savings bank account, current account, fixed deposits and recurring deposits amongst other facilities.

Speaking on the inauguration, Mr. Govind Singh, MD & CEO, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited, said, “Virar is an important business node, and we are happy to expand our presence in this growing and bustling zone of Mumbai. The inauguration of the branch significantly improves the access to financial products that the Bank has to offer for the residents of Virar. Utkarsh SBFL aims to provide financial services to underserved and unserved customer segments while serving other segments of society including micro-banking loans (JLG loans), MSME loans, housing loans and loan against property amongst others. Also, the Bank provides facility to customers for opening a bank account without having to visit the branch through the tablet based application assisted model, “Digi On-Boarding”.
