Growing urbanization, rise in disposable income, and increasing awareness towards personal hygiene and beauty consciousness indicate future demand for personal care products and specifically, for active ingredients. Also, the competition in this market is high; the companies compete on the basis of product quality, price and technology. New product development is the preferred strategy adopted by the major players. With new and innovative products, companies can widen or even generate new markets for personal care ingredients. Amidst this market boom, UBM India’s 2nd edition of Personal Care India Expo provides an ideal B2B platform for Indian and global buyers and sellers from the personal care ingredients, machinery and packaging industry to meet, network, understand the needs of the consumers, display innovation and grow their business.”
