TradeIndia ties up with Haryana Government to help state MSMEs make the digital cut

The leading online business platform has signed a strategic MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with the Directorate of MSME, Govt. of Haryana to help small and medium enterprises embrace digitization and to scale novel business ventures and explore untapped opportunities

 

Mumbai, 2nd March 2021: TradeIndia, one of the foremost B2B pioneers and online market platforms in the country, have entered into a tactical collaboration with the Government of Haryana, under the guidance of Hon’ble Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal. The seminal trade company has signed an essential MoU with the Directorate of MSME, Haryana, in the presence of Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister, Sh.Dushyant Chautala, to help a number of micro, small, and medium enterprises digitally equip themselves with the necessary technology and innovation to bolster business performance, productivity and market revenue.

 

Dedicated to serving the aspirations of the innumerous MSMEs in the country through its state-of-the art trading platform and digital khata services customized with accordance to the varying user-needs, the strategic partnership between the premier trading stalwarts and the Haryana government will assist budding businesses in reaching new heights of business excellence. The MoU signed between the two parties entailed that TradeIndia will direct various awareness campaigns by organising and conducting Go Digital Webinars along with a monthly master class with MSMEs of Haryana to help them go online and discover the potential of market-enabled growth.

 

The major online trading player will also provide on-boarding support by developing customized new- age technology platforms that are ideal for seller onboarding. The company will further support the online profile creation and gain prominent enlistments by extending a free-of-cost promotion of 50 products that will prove instrumental in connecting with new buyers. Haryana MSMEs will also be able to avail a free company profile page on TradeIndia’s cutting-edge online business platform.

 

Commenting on the collaboration, the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister said, “Our government is focused towards promoting entrepreneurship, enhancing inclusive and balanced regional development in the state. The strategic collaboration will help MSMEs, artisans in remote parts of the state, to overcome challenges restricting their access to domestic and international markets. This will not only give a boost to sales of existing entrepreneurs, but also create unprecedented opportunities for new entrepreneurs. Through this initiative, we are aiming at significantly enhancing visibility of indigenous and specialized products from the state, be it industrial products, or traditional handicraft products, and further strengthening “Brand Haryana”.

 

The MoU agreement further necessitated that TradeIndia will provide ample virtual support to the small and micro enterprises and help orchestrate Virtual Tradeshows with the access of 55,000 visitors besides arranging special discounts on applicable rates in these Virtual Tradeshows to benefit MSMEs from the wheat-basket. The trading company will also provide in-depth marketing support by not only providing a separate and specialized microsite for Haryana-based MSMEs, but also offering the bundle package on discounted rates. actualizing the various schemes and initiatives proposed by the state and the central government for achieving industrial development through online digital platforms.

Also commenting on the collaboration, the Sh. From setting-up of a dedicated Directorate of MSME for enhanced institutional support, launching a dedicated MSME focused policy, providing various fiscal incentives under Haryana Enterprises and Employment Policy 2020 to collaborating with leading e-commerce player, such as TradeIndia. The state government is committed towards strengthening the MSME ecosystem in Haryana to bring them at the forefront of state’s economic growth trajectory.”

The Directorate of MSME shall act as the state nodal agency for providing support and facilitation to MSMEs, including wholesale and retail traders. Sharing his vision, Sh.
