Vidya Balan Graces The ‘Outlook Business Women of Worth Awards 2017

Mumbai, 10th November: Last night marked a magnificent gathering of 17 powerful women excelling at their individual entrepreneurial journey and were thus honoured and felicitated at the ‘Outlook Business Women of Worth Awards 2017′ held at Four Seasons with much fanfare. This years’ prestigious line up of winners from across India showed up in their finest best to celebrate including powerhouse actress Vidya Balan, Vipin Sharma, Aakanksha Bhargava of PM Relocations, Aditi Kothari Desai of DSP BlackRock Investment Managers, Ameeta Mehra of Usha Stud Farm, Devina Mehra of First Global, Lara Balsara Vajifdar of Madison World, Lata Bajoria of The Hooghly Mills, Meena Kaushik of Quantum Consumer Solutions, Restaurateur Monica Liu, Monica Advani of Emmay Entertainment, Neeru Sharma of Infibeam, Rajni Bector of Cremica Food Industries, Ritu Kapoor of Quintillion Media, Sandhya Chandrasekharayya of Indiahikes, Schauna Chauhan of Parle Agro, Vandana Mohan of The Wedding Design Company and Zarina Screwvala of Swades Foundation. Sponsored by PC Jewellers, several other reputed personalities like Waahiid Ali Khan, designer Rippii Sethi, Amitabh Gupta with his wife, Anjana Sukhani, Pankaja Munde and Pooja Dhingra were in attendance to cheer for their friends.
Vidya Balan who won the ‘Outlook Business Women of Worth Award 2017’ – Celebrity of the Year award was grace, beauty and confidence personified as she charmed the audience when she walked on stage in a stylish Raw Mango saree to receive her trophy and even applauded her fellow winners. Vidya was equally surprised and happy as she made the cut to this year’s winners list not just for her beauty or her successful career but for having relentless faith in her own abilities pursued by hardwork that eventually distinctly reflects in her craft and holding onto stardom on her own terms. She also unveiled the latest issue of the fortnightly magazine with the editor N Mahalakshmi and CEO Indranil Roy in tow.

The glittering red carpet event was filled with massive inspiration and glamour, super food, wonderful entertainment, networking, much elation and huge accolades.
