Talview-Bangalore based hiring startup signed big deals in 2014-2015

The company developed phenomenally in the year 2014, achieving a growth of a whopping 500%. It acquired over 50 enterprises last year and entered into associations with leading Non-profit organization UNICEF is using Talview in multiple locations globally and while HCL and Tata Consulting Engineer will now use Talview across their entire operation. Apart from these, big-league companies like Avery Dennison, GlaxoSmithKline, Marico, NTT Communications, Cipla and VF Corporation that is the owner of brands like Wrangler and Lee, have started using Talview for unmatched assessment, analytics, engagement and integration.  Existing clients like Cognizant, ABB and Wockhardt have also increase their usage of Talview multiple times. Candidates applying to all these organizations will now be able to attend their interviews and assessments from their mobiles and laptops.

A recent report by Gartner states that Video Interviewing will go mainstream in 2015 and 2016 as majority of Fortune 2000 companies have started allocating budgets for the same. Scores of companies are now opting for the core offerings of Talview like Automated Video Interviews and Live Interviews. Besides this, some companies have also shown an inclination towards the Video Proctored Written Assessments provided by the company.

Talview is also expanding its team rapidly to match the growing demand for advanced hiring technology in the market. The company is majorly widening its sales, operations and product development divisions. Talview plans to hire over 50 people in its sales section, by the end of this year, primarily in India.
