Strap Line – With the foreign investments increasing in India the demand for built-to-suit Managed offices is increasing.
Mumbai 25th May 2019: ‘Table Space Technologies’ pvt. Ltd. company founded by Amit Banerji and Karan Chopra, has carved a niche for itself in providing premium, Grade A, fully-compliant managed commercial office spaces for enterprises looking to setup offices in India. In just a short span of a year, Table Space has seen massive growth by growing 10x in revenue. The company is poised for exponential growth this year. Table Space recently announced their Mumbai expansion plans with a brand-new property at BKC in Mumbai. The property is available for enterprises and will be up and running in the next couple of months.
Mr. Amit Banerji, who was head of corporate real estate at Accenture, and Mr Karan Chopra (Co Founder), both saw a gap where enterprises wasted too much time and effort in putting up a fully functional office. With their 15+ plus years of experience in the field of real estate and office management, they bring to the table the required expertise and resources to become the single vendor for enterprises looking for premium offices. The Company is bootstrapped and leverages the latest technology in enhancing the complete process of building the offices. Table Space uses design tech, build and operate tech which helps manage the life cycle of the workspace right from acquisition to maintaining it. In fact the company’s proprietary platform – Table Space Design Studio provides enterprises a complete design representation of the look and feel of the finished office by just inputting the basic details of the area parameters of the floor plan.
Spokesperson of Table Space Mr Kartik Iyer, (CFO) shared, “Our motto is You focus on your business and leave the rest to us. We understand the needs of our clients before coming up with suggestions for site, layout, and other requirements which can be provided in real time through our proprietary software. We have stringent processes in place to ensure that the premises have all the statutory compliance like OC, fire NOC etc. Sanctioned plans are obtained from the builder, then the safety and security of the building is verified along-with a host of other parameters. The shortlisted properties are presented to the client along with the interior plan layout. The property is ready to move in within 45 to 60 days instead of usual 6-7 months thus not losing out on time which could affect daily business.
During the design phase itself lot of deliberation goes in to ensure optimum utilization of space for the employees. There is a lot of focus on the staff safety and health including monitoring of CO2 levels in the air, energy saving LEDs, and ambient lighting from the outside during day to save commercial power. A lot of thought is given to get maximum employee productivity by international standard office design including ergonomic chairs and using modern security features like facial recognition for intrusion detection.
Speaking to our special correspondent Mr. Kartik Iyer further added “We believe in the science and power of design. We also believe that we can enhance employee experiences and elevate human productivity. We want companies to focus on their core competencies, rather than wasting their efforts in building and maintaining office space. We have not only honed the process of finding and outfitting spaces, but we’ve also developed proprietary platforms with innovative features like private climate control and analytics on utilization of workspaces etc.
For companies, the advantages are manifold: a single vendor from start to finish, complete solutions for safety and security, Grade-A fully furnished offices with compliance, utility bills, and conferencing technologies, recreational facilities.
Over 35 enterprise clients are already benefiting from our revolutionary Workspace-as-a-Service (WaaS). We currently operate over 1 million sq ft of space across India, set to double by 2020″
