Capturing the essence of Ghazals, the pioneers of Ghazals Bhupinder Singh & Mitali Singh hosted a serene evening of Ghazals on the 9th of August, 2015 on Sunday at 7:00 PM at Cidco Auditorium, Opp. Joyalukas, Vashi.
Evening for some soulful Ghazal music; live performances of your favorite Ghazal maestros Bhupinder Singh & Mitali Singh who made everyone embark into a blissful world of tranquil music & magnificent ambience at “RANG–E–GHAZAL”.
Renowned Ghazal Singer Bhupinder Singh says “Indian music is a legacy evolved through the generations. “RANG–E–GHAZAL” was an honest attempt to give a lifetime experience of Eternal Musical Solace”.

ABOUT BHUPINDER SINGH:-
Bhupinder Singh- Born in Amritsar- Punjab, he learned singing from his father. Prof. Nathaa Singh. Bhupinder Singh better known as “Bhupi” joined AIR & Television at a very young age. He was picked up by Music Director- Madan Mohan to sing his first song “Hokey Majboor Mujhe”.
Since then there was no looking back, he went on to triumph upon the hearts of people by lending his melodious voice to songs like- Rut Jawan, Beeti Nah Bitaee Raina, Dil Dhoondta Hai and so on. But his love for Ghazals kept following him thought out, which was his childhood obsession.
He produced music for many Ghazal albums, to name a few are – Sharmate Sharmate, Aap Ke Naam, Ek Haseen Shaam, Muhabaat, Tauba Tauba, Nasheman, Tu Saath Chal and the list continues in collaboration with his wife Mitali Singh.
His love for music and his relationship for his loyal audience has always been his utmost priority.
ABOUT MITALI SINGH:-
From Bangladesh started learning music from a very young age. She sang several film songs for Bangladesh movie industry and was felicitated with National Award also. She sang a Hindi Film song for Mr. Bappi Lahiri “Satyameva Jayate”. She recorded a Tamil song for a film called “Dalpati” music by IIaya Raja and was awarded with a Triple Platinum disc for this film.
Her first Ghazal album called “Saahil” by HMV became a gold disc was breakthrough. Other albums which became everyone’s favorite include:- Arz Kiya Hai , Tauba Tauba , Aap Ke Naam ,Shama Jalaye Rakhna, Ek Haseen Sham, Mohabbat , Nasheman , Gulmohur & Tu Saath Chal.
Mitali Singh has managed to take our culture beyond the borders whether it is Ghazal, Sufi, Kabir she sings all, her serene voice and poignant performances continue to stir the hearts of many of her fans.
