The primer group was looking for an integrated comprehensive HCM ( Human Capital Management ) Solution . Implementation of Adrenalin HCM suite will empower their employees to handle and monitor the HR and payroll activities thereby improving overall efficiencies.
Implementation will be carried out in two phases. In the phase one, Primer Group will implement HR Foundation, Payroll solution, Workforce Administration and Talent Acquisition. In the second phase, modules like Performance Alignment, Training Management, Career Development and Succession Planning and Compensation Planning and Administration will be implemented for its 3000+ workforce spread across 17 locations in Philippines
