The award was received by Anil Chaudhry, Country President and Managing Director, Schneider Electric India along with Rachna Mukherjee, CHRO, Schneider Electric India, at an award ceremony in Mumbai.

The recognition comes to Schneider Electric after a robust six-month long evaluation process. It is an outcome of a rigorous analysis to measure the alignment between “Intent-Design-Experience”, assessed through CEO survey and interview, people practices survey and employee opinion survey for all participating organisations. A shortlisted set is taken through an intense on-site audit to validate the details provided. The selection also took into consideration successful people initiatives on talent, succession, well-being and diversity & inclusion that Schneider Electric has been undertaking over the years. The final analysis of the shortlisted organisations was conducted by an external panel of jury made up of corporates, academicians and industry leaders.
