International Zumba icon Maria Browning to conduct Zumba fitness master class in Goa

Panaji, July 2017: July is an extraordinary month for all Zumba enthusiasts in Goa.  International Zumba icon Maria Browning who is a Zumba International Presenter from Miami will join Zumba Global Brand Ambassador Sucheta Pal from India and Zumba Education Specialist (ZES) Joseph Dias on 12th of July in Goa to conduct a Zumba fitness master class in Goa.

Sucheta Pal becomes the first Indian to be the Zumba Global Brand Ambassador and has trained 3,500 Zumba instructors over four and a half years. Awarded by Zumba Miami as a brand ambassador for Zumba in 2016, and one among the 140 select master trainers in the world, she was also chosen by Zumba International to lead the TV series called Zoom Zumba Dance Fitness Party (season 1 and 2) in 2015 and 2016. Sucheta who is also expanding her Zumba Education Specialist (ZES) team to ten, has invited her mentor and international icon Maria Browning- Zumba International Presenter to kick-start a one of a kind Zumba India tour teaching master classes across 8 cities. As part of this tour curated by Sucheta with the 10 Zumba education specialists of India, Maria and Sucheta will travel to Mumbai, Kochi, Bengaluru, Goa, Ahmedabad, Gurugram, Kolkata and Pune where they will be sharing their Zumba moves with fitness enthusiasts of India before heading off to the Annual Zumba convention in Orlando in July 2017.

Maria Browning is the pioneer of the Aqua Zumba Fitness Program and within the last 6 years has transformed the Aqua Fitness world by incorporating Zumba Fitness to the water environment to create a fun and complete workout. Maria Browning has become a significant contributor as well as a key player in the fitness industry through 25 years as an athlete, a coach, and a fitness trainer. For the past 10 years, Maria has played an integral role in the Zumba Fitness Educational Department, from traveling the world to perform Master Classes, teaching Zumba Fitness specialties, and licensing new and existing Zumba Fitness instructors. She also spends time developing new programs and continuing education tools to help instructors grow as professionals.

Having trained over 35,000 instructors worldwide, choreographed and performed in 11 Zumba Fitness DVDs, and performed alongside well known singers in Fitness concerts such as Pitbull and Wyclef Jean, Maria continues to inspire thousands of people around the world. Her work ethic, passion and ability to touch people’s lives, as well as her empowering ways of teaching, are making a profound difference in the fitness industry.
