Haute couture label – Rebecca Dewan launches her first flagship store in Mumbai amidst celebrities

  Mumbai, 3rd September 2016,  Haute couture label- Rebecca Dewan launched her flagship store in Khar, Mumbai, co-hosted by the talented Kedhar Gawde (Director, Celebrity Locker).

Rebecca Dewan is a famous style icon and fashion entrepreneur. She ventured into mainstream designing with her high profile couture label due to the sheer love and passion she has for it.

The launch was attended by a lot of celebrities including  Shilpa Agnihotri, Ritu Shivpuri, Shamita Singha, Jyoti Malik, Sravanya Rao Pittie and Ayesha Patel.

The brand impresses upon contemporary couture, classic and chic, but more importantly it stands for complete and independent woman, quality being one of the most important facets.

The haute couture label targets the less price-sensitive woman, with its own flagship store in Bandra, Mumbai. She believes in promoting regional handicrafts and workmanship from rural parts of India like Benares, Lucknow, and the appliqué and patchwork of Gujarat, amongst other initiatives.

Rebecca is extremely experimental with her designs. She effortlessly displays a contemporary edge to high-end ethnic couture, and is constantly reinventing and redefining the fashion boundaries through her designs, especially the silhouettes. Fearless to fuse different fabrics with unconventional embroideries results into her subtly extravagant style.
