Mumbai, 28th July 2023: The Confederation of Indian Footwear Industries (CIFI) today kickstarted its annual footwear fair – the 7th Edition of India International Footwear Fair (IIFF) 2023. Hon’ble Union Minister for Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise Mr. Narayan Rane inaugurated the three-day festival in the presence of industry leaders and other dignitaries. The footwear fair, starting today, will include various product showcases, knowledge sharing sessions, seminars for industry and a specially curated fashion show over the course of the three days.
IIFF 2023 is an annual fair that aims to celebrate India’s rich footwear heritage and its growing presence on the international stage. With a diverse range of exhibitors, distinguished speakers, and fashion enthusiasts coming together, the fair is set to be an exceptional platform forging new business connections and exploring the latest trends in the footwear sector. The inauguration witnessed the presence of esteemed dignitaries from the footwear industry like Action Footwear, Relaxo Footwear, Walkaroo International, Welcome Footwear, VKC Footwear, Asian Footwear, Reliance Footwear, Paragon and others. The standout brands from India who represent the allied sector like KLJ Polymers, Versatile Textiles, Mayur Laminated, Alter Soles, Swastik Polymers, Klassik Vinyl, Rymbal PU, Huntsman, Pidilite, Henkal and others, and prominent personalities who have played a pivotal role in shaping the Indian footwear landscape are also present at the IIFF 2023 B2B exhibition.

The three days of innovation, creativity, and networking in the global footwear industry will end with a grand valedictory function set to take place on 29th July 2023 in the presence of Chief Guest and Hon’ble Minister Mr. Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce & Industry, Consumer Affairs & Food & Public Distribution and Textiles, Government of India.
