Acreaty; the Noida based HR Consulting firm participated in the 3 days long Global Exhibition on Services (GES) 2015 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Honourable Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi inaugurated the event which is organised by the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry in association with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Services Export Promotion Council (SEPC).
Acreaty’s stall was the centre of attraction for visitors and entrepreneursof India and abroad. The rural employment assistance program was the highlight of Acreaty’s employment solution. At this occasion, Mr. Paramjit Anand, Executive Director, Acreaty emphasised on creating the employment opportunities in the rural India. He said, “More than 60 % people in India lives in villages and due to the limited work opportunities they are compelled to migrate towards cities. As a result, the urban India is carrying the burden of over population and unemployed rural youth are the victims of work place discrimination and exploitation.”

Unfortunately, there is an imbalance between the growing number of educated youth and available job opportunities. Youth are struggling to secure their future, but they are helpless to take productive decisions. That’s why, Acreaty has decided to develop a rural employment assistance program which addresses the career and employment issues of youth in rural India.”
