Mumbai, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Pramod Kumar Dubey as Whole-time Director of the Bank, effective immediately.

With over 25 years of extensive experience in branch banking, sales management, product management, operations, and compliance. Mr. Dubey is well-positioned to steer the Bank’s strategic growth and operational performance. He is also designated as an Executive Director on the Bank’s Board.

In his new role, Mr. Dubey will oversee the Bank’s core business operations, with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer experiences and broadening product offerings to cater to the diverse needs of clients. His extensive background in the financial services industry equips him with the leadership skills necessary to drive the Bank toward new milestones. Mr. Dubey has held key leadership positions at ICICI Bank Ltd. for 24 years, where he implemented innovative strategies that delivered substantial growth and profitability.
