India has seen an upsurge of adaptability to mobile connections and data use like no other country in the world, with still a mammoth’s size of an opportunity awaiting the mobile and ICT industry to explore. After the successful rollout of 4G networks and quick adaptability in the Indian consumer space, the demand still remains unfulfilled as more than 1 billion subscribers and growing stay hungry for even faster and better connectivity. The need for smarter networks has thus gained importance where advanced data analytics can optimise resources to better meet the ever increasing demand. According to the latest industry reports 26 billion connected devices would be active on the networks by 2020 of which 15 billion will be mobiles and computers.
