Classic Marble Company (CMC), the number 1 stone company in India received an over-whelming response for their newly launched product line of Kalingastone and the ultra-thin large sized porcelain tiles – TECHLAM and MAXFINE at the recently concluded Festival of Architecture and Designing 2015 (FOAID) in Delhi . The two-day conference and concurrent design arena was attended by architects, design professionals, fabricators and industry experts among others.

CMC’s TECHLAM and MAXFINE turned out to become one of the key highlights of the show drawing the attention of architects, design professionals and developers alike. The unique features of the tiles, namely their slimness, large size and varied applications were appreciated and well received. At the event, besides showcasing around twenty ultra-thin porcelain tiles, CMC also featured twenty-five of its newly launched Kalingastone products, a collection of classy engineered Marble and Quartz.

“FOAID was the most appropriate forum for the launch of our newest and finest range of products to the design professionals. TECHLAM and MAXFINE, the large sized porcelain tiles caught the attention and imagination of all patrons who visited the event. The large tiles are a recent innovation and one of the most trending in the genre internationally. We expect the trend to be repeated in India due to its versatility in applications, ease of installation, colour and design varieties, seamless appearance and green qualities. In this vertical alone we are expecting a 15-20% growth in a year and are positive that our customers will appreciate our newest offerings,” says Mr. Vikas Kesarkar, Vice President – Marketing, CMC.

CMC’s flagship brand Kalingastone presently offers over one hundred and fifty engineered Marble and Quartz products. The products are suitable for both residential and commercial use like airports, malls, theatres and subways. CMC has recently entered into an exclusive association with the international tile major Levantine, Spain for TECHLAM and IRIS, Italy for MAXFINE to market its products in India. These products have set a new benchmark with distinguishing traits that are currently unavailable in the Indian tile segment. The tiles are available in dimensions ranging from 3 mm to 6 mm in thickness and are 3000 mm x 1000 mm in area.
