Fresh Cream

  1. Take some fresh cream in a bowl and whip it properly

  1. Shaahi Gulab Jamun Cake

Ingredients:

1 Pack Gits Shaahi Gulab Jamun Mix – 150 Gms
1 Sponge Cake
Whipped Cream
Saffron Whipped Cream
Rose Whipped Cream
Sugar
Fruits for Garnish

Method

Prepare Gits Shaahi Gulab Jamun in 3 Easy Steps

  1. Mix and Shape
  2. Fry
  3. Soak in Sugar Syrup

Prepare Gits Shaahi Gulab Jamun Cake

  1. Remove the Gits Shaahi Gulab Jamun from the sugar syrup and put them in the fridge
  2. Once chilled, Cut the shaahi Gulab Jamuns in halfs
  3. Cut a sponge cake horizontally into 2 pieces.
  4. Put little sugar syrup on the base of the sponge cake and put a layer of whipped cream on it.
  5. Place some Shaahi Gulab Jamuns and put a layer of Saffron Whipped Cream and Rose Whipped Cream
  6. Place the other slice of the cake on it. Spread whipped cream on this layer. Place some Shaahi Gulab Jamuns on it.
  7. Decorate with some sliced fruits of your choice.
  8. Khaman Bites

Ingredients:
1 Pack Gits Khaman Dhokla – 180 Gms
Sundried Tomato Paste
1 cup Grated Paneer
Strawberries to Garnish

Method:

Prepare Gits Khaman Dhokla in 3 Easy Steps

  1. Mix with water and oil
  2. Steam
  3. Serve

Now Add a Twist to the Gits Khaman Dhokla

  1. Cool and cut the Gits Khaman Dhokla into 2”X2” squares.
  2. Spread sundried tomato paste on them
  3. Sprinkle grated paneer
  4. Garnish with sliced strawberries.
  5. Ready to Serve

  1. Jilebi Rabdi Cream

Ingredients:

1 Pack Gits Jilebi Mix (with maker) – 135gms
1 Pack Gits Rabdi Mix – 100 gms
1 ¼ cups heavy cream chilled
2 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar
¼ to ½ teaspoon rose extract

Method:

  1. Mix with water
  2. Fry
  3. Soak in Sugar Syrup

Prepare Gits Rabdi in 3 Easy Steps

  1. Mix
  2. Boil
  3. Serve

Prepare Rose Flavoured Whipped Cream

  1. In a chilled bowl, beat cream, sugar and smaller amount of rose extract on medium-high speed with an electric mixer, until very soft peaks form.
  2. Lift the beater to assess texture. The cream should come to a peak that softly curves over onto itself. This is “softly whipped” cream perfect for topping desserts.
  3. The whipped cream is best if used immediately.

Now Add a Twist to the Gits Jilebi and Gits Rabdi

  1. Take a spoonful of Gits Rabdi and spread it on a serving plate as a base
  2. Pile the Gits Jilebi on top of this base of Gits Rabdi
  3. Top it with Rose Flavoured Whipped Cream
  4. Decorate with Rose Petals
  5. Serve
