The Parisian Macao, Eiffel Tower Speech for Wilfred Wong President, Sands China Ltd

We’re very excited to be here for the topping out of The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower today. With this project, Sands

China is bringing the magic and wonder of Paris a little closer to Macao. And I’m glad we could all be here today for

this important milestone.

But beyond being a milestone in construction, it also represents the advancement of the vision of Sands China’s

Chairman, Mr. Sheldon G. Adelson. The vision of what would become the Cotai Strip captured his imagination all

those years ago, and now we’ve all witnessed that vision turn into reality through the hard work of many – from the

construction yard, to the boardroom, to the front desk. The Parisian Macao represents the crowning achievement of

that vision.

This Eiffel Tower is an iconic structure that will redefine the beautiful landscape of the Cotai Strip. Today’s ceremony

is a demonstration of the blending of cultures from East and West, and it’s a symbolic moment of witnessing the

evolution of the Cotai Strip.

Sands Resorts Cotai Strip Macao is Sands China’s group of interconnected integrated resorts on Cotai. And it’s truly

like no other integrated resort destination. Where else but here could you have lunch alongside the serenading

gondoliers plying the picturesque canals of Venice, and then have dinner at an authentic French bistro before

enjoying some of the most breathtaking views of the Cotai Strip from the Eiffel Tower’s observation deck.

The Parisian Macao is the latest addition to this integrated resort city of Sands Resorts Cotai Strip Macao. It’s part of

Parisian.
