SPR Group appoints Pankaj Ojha as the Chief Marketing Officer Pankaj Ojha joins premium luxury real estate company

Chennai, 26 July 2016: SPR Group, a premium real estate company from South India, has appointed Mr. Pankaj Ojha as its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) effective July, 2016. Pankaj joins the SPR Group with a decade’s experience in the real estate sector, working with companies like Lodha and Panchshil Realty.

Mr. Ojha’s leadership role in SPR will include business growth, to drive strategic partnerships and spearhead the high end projects for the group. Speaking on the appointment, Mr. Hitesh Kawad, Managing Director, SPR Group, said, “Pankaj’s appointment recognizes our focus on accelerating our growth in a market that is exciting and filled with opportunities. He brings over a decade of experience in the real Estate Industry, having led businesses in real estate firms in his previous stint. Pankaj’s experience augments a deep understanding of this business and will augur strategic growth for SPR projects.”

Pankaj Ojha started as his career with the CITI group and was the ‘Youngest Assistant Vice President Worldwide’ during his tenure. He headed the South and West market for their Investment products. He introduced the system of outbound sale at the Lodha group, during his stint there. As the Vice President – Sales at Panchshil Realty, he was responsible for the successful launch of the World Trade Center in Pune and introduced the in-house Lead Management, Process & Policies in the organization which was the benchmark of his service.
