Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan cruise bust case : Court grants NCB custody till Oct 4 of Aryan Khan and two others

Mumbai: NCB has received information that a drug party is going on on a luxury cruise heading from Mumbai to Goa and has taken major action by raiding. 10 people have been seized from this cruise with a large amount of drugs stock. NCB has taken over 8 others including actor Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan in a rave party case on a cruise has been questioned and statements were recorded under section 67 of NDPS Act by NCB Mumbai in drug bust onboard Cordelia Cruise with the seizure of 13 gm cocaine, 21 gm charas, 22 pills of MDMA (ecstacy), 5 gm MD and ₹1.33 lakh in cash and further investigation is underway. The price of one ticket to join the party on the cruise ship was Rs. 80 thousand to Rs. 80 lakh.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan son Arya Khan,Arbaaz Seth Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Sarika, Ismeet Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhoker, and Gomit Chopra arrested and will be produced in NDPS court via video conferencing for remand.

Aryan Khan was arrested under sections 8C, 20B, 27, and 35 of the NDPS Act and was produced before Addl CMM RK Rajebhosale

This cruise was going from Mumbai to Goa. The cruise was left on Saturday afternoon. It was supposed to come to Mumbai on 4th October. This party was going on for three days. Three girls came from Delhi for this party. These three are under strict investigation. These three are the daughters of industrialists. NCB has confiscated the phones of these girls too. The chat on the phone is being thoroughly checked. Also, this whole issue is being monitored from NCB’s Delhi headquarters. In this case, action will be taken only by staying in a fair and lawful framework. NCB clarified that action will be taken against those who are involved in the drug case.

The cruise was set to return towards Mumbai after leaving Mumbai port to Goa on Saturday, taking drugs and rave parties on the cruise and the cruise was going to enter Mumbai port on Monday morning, sources said, but it has not been officialized. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) searched a cruise late on Saturday and seized drugs detaining eight people, including Aryan Khan the son of Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan. Aryan along with Arbaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha have been remanded to NCB custody till October 4.
