Mumbai , November 5, 2022 : Recognising the Scintillating work for humans and animals alike and their struggle to maintain the harmony of the ecology combined with compassion for all living beings, Samast Mahajan NGO was Honoured with “MTI Excellence Award 2021 – 2022

MTI has started honouring outstanding achievers, NGO’s and organisations in various fields every year to recognize their exemplary contribution to the society. This is done to motivate and encourage others to do the same.

The fleet of 11 SUPER Speciality Animal Ambulances (Hospital on wheels) left from Mumbai to Kutch for seeking blessings of Rashtrasant PA. PU.Namramuniji Maharasaheb were flagged off by Sangram Singh(bronze medalist & international wrestler) with his beloved wife Payal rohatgi.
With a powerful ambition of Saving, treating and Benefitting 36000 animals across the year our Karuna Rath was welcomed back to Mumbai by The Honourable Governor of Maharashtra, Shri. Bhagat Singh Koshyari Ji, The Honourable Minister of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying of India, Government of India, Shri. Parshottam Rupala Ji, The Honourable Minister of Tourism, Skill development and Entrepreneurship, Women and Child Development, Government of Maharashtra, Shri. Mangal Prabhat Lodha Ji, and other dignitaries, at The Raj Bhawan, Mumbai.

Samast Mahajan Managing trustee and “ARHAM ANUKAMPA” project Visionary GIRISHBHAI J SHAH along with project Chairman PARESHBHAI H SHAH aimed at making it as a discovery in the history of animal care – HOSPITAL ON WHEELS as every life matters.

Samast Mahajan was initiated in 1996 with a mission to make this world a better place to live in for all the species of flora and fauna and living a harmonious life with nature and all living beings. Following the philosophy of Lord Mahavir – “Live and allow others to live. Hurt no one. Life is dear to all living beings”

Samast Mahajan leaves no stone unturned to create proper awareness on reaching every unreach and provide free medical care to injured animals and birds. It conducts a bird and animal rescue campaign, leather protest campaign to avoid slaughters.Taking actions to prevent animal cruelty as Girish bhai is Member of AWBI, India.

Project Chairman Paresh Shah added that “11 mobile hospitals for animals’ Ambulances in Mumbai will be available in Virar, Bhyander, Borivali, Andheri, Dadar, South Mumbai, New Mumbai, Ghatkopar, Thane and Bhiwandi which are equipped with modern technology which has oxygen, Boiled Water, Fridge, Medicine, Medical equipment and team of 11 Doctors. Each ambulance costs about 25 lakhs of Rupees which are being gifted by Rashtrasants bhakt to us.A Single ambulance treats 10 to 12 cases every day and 11 ambulances are treating more than 110 cases daily.

Mr. Shah further added that “It is a joint effort by all of us to cure the injured helpless animals of Mumbai. We encourage every individual of our country to get associated with this campaign. Samast Mahajan saves animals from being killed in slaughterhouses, supporting 19500 gaushalas gaushalas. They do this by providing them 360° support including financial aid. Teaming across distinct parts of Villages of country it paccifies for Lake Beautification, Tree Plantation, Jeev Daya and Jeev Raksha.
