As a part of the services, fresh fruits, vegetables, home essentials and personal care products are being delivered within 72 hours

Mumbai-based social e-commerce start-up and offline-to-online enabler CoutLoot has started “Essentials delivery” services in Mumbai.To serve its customers’ most urgent needs, the social commerce platform is currently delivering essential items such as food, groceries, medicines and health/personal care, as per the guidelines of the government.

The brand has partnered with players like indusfresh, local farmers to name a few to deliver fresh fruits and veggies within 72 hours to the customers. To ensure maximum safety, the platform is conducting no contact delivery where the delivery associate leaves the package at the doorstep, following social distancing guidelines. As a precautionary measure, all the items are picked up, sanitised, packed and boxed to deliver.
