Mumbai, 10th January 2018: Royal Stag Barrel Select Large Short Films presents Niranjan Iyengar’s short film ‘Maa’. Featuring Neena Kulkarni, Dino Morea and Vivaan Shah the film showcases the story of a mother and her son who is a drug addict.

‘Maa’ is an emotional narrative where the mother and elder brother continue to contemplate on how to deal with the younger son’s affliction. As the story progresses, the mother decides to go for an unorthodox treatment to get her son rid of the addiction. The mother’s choice is cruel and kind at the same time but she is not sure if she will be able to bear the consequences of it.
