Speaking on the formation of the new Government he said “Home buyers and realty industry confidence in the present government will be of great advantage as it not take much time in clearing the policies as the reins of the government is in the same hands once again. This will benefit in speeding policies to speedy clearance, rehabilitation and redevelopment of slums which will further boost housing in the city and introduce new infrastructure for the city.
We are confident that the continuing Maharashtra government will consider Mumbai’s redevelopment and put it on fast track by constituting arbitration committee including specialist in slum clearance for slum redevelopment. This initiative will support the Central government’s push for affordable housing and the Housing for All initiative in the state.
The speedy development will further drive the growth of the industry and boost opportunities for increased employment in the sector.
The stern steps taken by the state government have already boosted the realty sector like never before, and with a stable re-elected government the sector once again, the sector will see healthy and wholesome growth for a longer period.”
