Paradigm Realty hosts “RERA ACT 2016 Knowledge Seminar“ for Brokers.

Mumbai, May 27, 2016: Paradigm Realty, one of the fastest growing Real estate development company in Mumbai, spearheaded with credible experience of delivering cutting edge real estate projects has recently put a step forward towards organising a knowledge seminar for brokers and channel partners. The colloquium has been organized with an aim to create awareness on the RERA ACT and New draft DP (development plan) 2016 received overwhelming response with attendance by more than 400 delegates from the Indian real estate, brokers and channel partners at Mumbai Cricket Association Club, Kandivali (W).

The meet has been motivated towards enlightening the Brokers their Rights & Liabilities under the purview of RERA Act 2016 and how it can facilitate and stimulate the growth of the real estate industry. The seminar also focuses on creating awareness that can help in coping with the various challenges faced by the real estate industry. The focal point of the knowledge seminar is to garner more comprehensive insights on aspects of the property buyers pertaining to the RERA Act,2016 with an objective of imparting information on the New DCR Rules & DP Plan of Mumbai 2034.

The event featured nationally acclaimed speakers and a distinguished panel. The experts from some of the world’s premier business entities across wide-ranging verticals included Dr Sanjay Chaturvedi, Executive- Editor of Accommodation Times. A veteran journalist Dr.Chaturvedi has done Ph.D. in Real Estate Finance, and is author to many Real Estate based books and has conducted lectures on Real Estate related subjects on National and International platform. The Event also featured Mr Manoj Vishwakarma and Mr. Ketan Musale of Dot Architects. They are renowned design and liaisoning architects with over 20 years of experience in real estate industry. They have been instrumental in formulating key industry policies and in amending various acts and regulations. They have also provided strategic advisory services to some of the largest developers in Mumbai and played a major role in enabling some of the largest redevelopment projects in Mumbai, totaling over 30 million square feet.
During the event Dr.Sanjay Chaturvedi spoke about the Legal Implications of a Broker and his Rights under the purview of RERA Act 2016.The seminar also highlighted the views by Mr.Manoj Vishwakarma on the New DCR Rules & DP Plan of Mumbai 2034. The objective behind organizing this knowledge seminar was to kindle a sense of righteousness amongst the broker community while guiding the consumer through the deal which will enhance the credibility of the real estate sector as a whole. The event also highlighted on significance of creating awareness on protecting the interest of the end -user and promoting fair play in real estate transactions by ensuring timely execution of projects.
