Adding one more feather to his creative hat, veteran art director and production designer, Shri Nitin Chandrakant Desai designed the venue of Yagya Shaala in an open ground opposite to the Red Fort, New Delhi. This Yagya Shaala was designed to host a procession on account of the Sanskrutik Mahostav towards celebrating Indian culture.

A Rashtra Raksha Mahayagya was held between 18th – 25th March 2018, which witnessed 1,111 priests clad in saffron attire chanting 2.25 crore mantras in chorus and performing rituals on respective 108 “hawan kunds”.  During this ritual millions of visitors pledged for a “New India” and solicit devotion for the nation through an ancient practice of Yagya.

Spread over an area of 7acres, this has been designed on the basics of a “Vedic Village”. Notably, keeping in mind the magnitude of the event and the associated security concerns, ND Studios acknowledged and addressed all the requirements of Archaeological Survey of India, CPWD, fire and other official formalities.
