Neilam and Sudha’s label “Neil N Sushi” launched in Pune

Fashion Designers Neilam Singh and Sudha Singh have launched their line of label called “Neil n Sushi” in Pune.

With clothing line so versatile, her inspiration comes from nature where the color palette ranges from lemon drop, red, peony pink, nude, ink blue and olive green. Sheer fabrics like net, georgette, crepe along with satin and fancy fabric has been used. The garments beautifully blend the inherent grace of the east with the nuances of the west.

The young Duo has emerged as a designer team working to rekindle the spirit of the Indian clothing, making it applicable for the young generation of today. They have endeavored to use traditional Indian craftsmanship presenting it in a manner which is contemporary yet trendy.

Neilam Singh, a promising designer from Kolkata, believes infusion in garment designing. After completing her Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Neilam gave a way to her knack of creativity by joining INIFD (Kolkata) to hone her fashion designing skills. Neilam along with her sister Sudha won Director’s Choice Award for the “Outstanding Ramp Appeal back in 2009, and incorporated her vision and business knowledge to start the label and this is how the label ‘Neil n Sushi’ was born.

Sudha Singh, Completed her graduation in Arts driven by creative urge, also joined INIFD (Kolkata) with her sister Neilam to pursue her passion in the field of fashion.

The collection is availabale at The Rudraksh Studio in Pune, which is a high fashion designer wear store located at the plush and thriving area of Aundh and houses designer clothing by well-known Indian fashion labels. It brings in the best designer wear collections, the latest accessories, exclusive pret, evening and occasion wear under one roof for the first time in Pune. This store  will showcase ‘ stylish apparels’ fashion clothing of women’s wear, Fabric used for these collections is light weight and fluid fabrics like crepe and georgette apart from, cotton and net has been used. The store promises something exquisite for a very exquisite clientele.
