Music-Art -Poetry (MAP) festival Kickstarts its first Club Chapter in Mumbai at Radio Club Colaba.

The event hosted poetry sessions, comedy gigs, music and dance performances, theatre act, beat-boxing, story-telling, LIVE painting demo and gave an opportunity to talented artists to showcase their talent.

Mumbai 5th November 2017: Music-Art -Poetry (MAP) festival which has been initiated by Event eyes communications to give a platform to upcoming artists to showcase their talents and promote the culture of our country, hosted its first Club Chapter in Mumbai at Radio Cub today. Various artists having different talents were given an opportunity to present their art-forms right from paintings made from tea, coffee and wine, to singing, dancing, standupcomedy, Poetry, Musical instruments, etc. in the presence of distinguished guests like Nisha Jamvwal, Sandip Soparrkar and many talented known and unknown artists.

Speaking on the occasion the founder Ms. Neha Jha – Talent Curator at Event eyes Communications said “We strive to bring up the various talents in the Artists of our country which has a rich and diverse heritage. MAP is a platform created by us to help them get confidence and also get paid projects. We have a great dream of connecting all artists of India to the world and our journey has just begun, we hope that with digital technology and social media we will be able to get a better reach for the artists. We are opening up different chapters and today we have inagurated the Club chapter in association with Radio Club Colaba Mumbai”.

Guest of Honour Dr. Sandip Soparrkar – Indian Latin and ballroom dancer, choreographer, actor and columnist, said “I have been in love with dancing right from childhood and when I told my father who is an Armyman he said yes you can also do dancing and I said no, I want to do only dancing and that will be my career and I want to take a training in Dancing from United States and the fees cost was a fortune. My dad was shocked but I had my way and today I have a doctorate in World Mythology Folklore from the United States. I have founded “India Dance Week”, which combines Indian and international dance and I am the first Indian to be certified by the Ballroom Dance Training School”. for more information see http://sandipsoparrkar.com/

Stand-up-comedian Rehman Khan well know for his participation in Comedy Circus 2 (2008), enthralled the audience with his impromptu comedy being taken from everyday common incidents. speaking to our correspondent he said:”Comedy is my passion and I have get a sense of achievement when I make people laugh. in today’s stressful era it is easy to get depressed and if I am able to bring some laughter in someones life I feel great”. for more see http://www.rehmankhancomedy.com/

Mohinder Pratap Singh, Producer & Director, Rakesh Tiwari, Poet, Artist & Jingle Composer, Devroop Sharma – upcoming poetry writer and many others from Music, Art and Poetry industry were also present at the event to host some interactive sessions.
The event witnessed participation from Club members, Corporate, Bollywood personalities, Artists and Art lovers.
