Reality show Lock Upp has announced its first contestant, and the fireworks are already on with Nisha Rawal facing the badass jail and playing the atyaachaari khel. Viewers will be rooting for Nisha, who had a controversial break-up with her ex-husband Karan Mehra, to reveal some inside news about her split. Nisha also alleged that she had faced domestic abuse at the hands of Karan.

Now, it seems that Karan Mehra might also join the show. Speculations are rife that Karan would want to be a part of the show, prove his point, and not be caught on the backfoot if there are any fresh allegations levelled against him by Nisha.

When asked about her estranged hubby Karan being a part of the show – Nisha said, “I have no apprehensions about who comes on the show. I have always fought my own battles, and I am sure that I will fight this battle with all that I have. I am here on Lock Upp on my own and I am not afraid of anybody except for failure.”

Lock Upp: Badass Jail Atyaachaari Khel will stream live on ALTBalaji and MX Player, starting 27th February, 2022. There will be 16 popular celebrity contestants locked up in Kangana Ranaut’s jail who will compete for the most basic amenities as they fight for the winner’s title. The remaining super-controversial celebrity contestants will soon be revealed to the viewers who, as a first, can also interact with them and be a unique part of the show and even experience the show in the Lock Upp Metaverse!
