Infor HMS Provides Tools to Simplify Reporting and Increase Efficiency Across the Property

Infor HMS streamlines day to day operations by letting hoteliers run all areas of the business using a single system, delivering higher levels of efficiency and accuracy, and allowing staff to put more focus on providing outstanding guest experiences by eliminating manual processes.

Infor HMS is designed to deliver a single, complete view of all guest value information, which helps ensure suitable guest recognition and delineation of repeat players and leisure travelers seeking a broader experience of the property. Boomtown recognized that it needed to replace its timeworn system with a more flexible, modern option, in order to deliver a more personalized experience to guests with real-time information.
