Yiamas the experimental space, in collaboration with The Gourmet Kitchen & Studios presents “Twist of India” a Pop-up restaurant, the brainchild of Chef Harsh Shodhan. A pre-plated six-course fusion vegetarian meal to be hosted at Yiamas in Ballard Estate on August 6th and 7th, Twist of India promises to create a unique dining experience- a culmination of great food, music and ambience for gastronomes and aesthetes in the city.

India has a long history of adapting various cuisines from around the globe to suite our distinct palate. Yiamas has decided to further the cause and do it right! At Twist of India, Chef Harsh aims at presenting global cuisines with an underlying essence of India, thereby enhancing the final dish to give you something different and exciting. As the world moves towards the greeners side, get ready to taste the vegetarian ‘twist’ offered by dishes like a paprdelle with a tuver daal reduction or a paneer makhni taco!

From the delicate Amuse-bouche, bite sized individual appetizers, palette cleansers, entrees and of course some decadent desserts Twist of India will take you on a trip to gastronomia, seducing all your five senses! The 6 course meal comprises of dishes like Paneer Makhni Bunny Chow, Indian Crepes with Mushroom Duxelle and Red Wine Reduction or a fabulous deconstructed Mawa cake with chocolate cardamom mousse, to name a few.

What could be a better way to spend a monsoon weekend, than savouring luscious food with your loved one amidst beautiful art, lively fusion music and the beautiful ambience at Yiamas.
