Mumbai 17 April: With much pomp and show conducted the previous year, India Intimate Fashion Week (IIFW) has geared up again for Season 2.0 to be held on 22nd April 2018 in The Leela Mumbai, Maharashtra.

As Summer blooms in, IIFW eases the fashion game for everyone. Apropos to the gaiety that comes with the anticipation of hot days ahead, the collection by Mona Shroff and other Lifestyle veteran fashionistas will add a quotient of the sprinkling of summer prints and vibrant colours of Lingerie to the collection. To add glamour to the show, Commando 2 fame Bollywood actor Thakur Anoop Singh will walk the ramp as showstopper.

“An unlikely new thought is coursing through the stereotypically superficial fashion industry. Through IIFW we mean to celebrate the senses and intimate positivity that translates to a carefully curated selection of lingerie. The wide array of collection would include Lingerie, loungewear, sleepwear, legwear, lingerie accessories, sportswear, swimwear, beachwear, shapewear for both the sex.”

This year IIFW will also focus on the segment of inviting veteran industry experts in the jury to honour the proponents in the field of intimate, beach and bridal lingerie business. International Business icons, Trade Honchos, E-Comm Experts, Famous Names from the Indian Fashion Industry and Bollywood eminent personalities will grace the presence of the event” Niraj Jawanjal, Founder & Ideator, IIFW said.

It will provide a platform for emerging and conventional brands spanning categories of lingerie, lounge wear, sleep wear, leg wear, lingerie accessories, men’s underwear, intimate, products and the like. In addition, this year IIFW has a special show dedicated to plus-size lingerie. Some of the big names that will participate in IIFW Season 2 are International Celebrity & Jewellery Designer Mona Shroff (Hongkong), La Intimo Show, Designer Rashmi Solanki, Melons India Show, INIFD Bandra Show & Grand Finale Show by Filipino Designer Jef Albea.

Further explaining about India Intimate Fashion Week, Amit Pandey, Media Head and Associate Partner, IIFW says “We had a very successful first edition and are excited to be back with the second edition of the fashion week that is sure to be larger, grandiose and entertaining.
