Greenwood High is all set to join rest of the world and roll out their yoga mats in celebrating the International Yoga Day with full enthusiasm this Sunday at its campus at Varthur Sarjapur Road. Since this day also happens to be Fathers Day, being the third Sunday in June, we have also invited all the fathers along with their children to take part in celebrating both the occasions. The 3 best father and child pair performing the Asanas will also be awarded from the school.

“Even as the idea of making yoga compulsory in schools across the country has gained momentum in view of the International Yoga Day on Sunday, we have been following the practice of Yoga in our school curriculum from past few years and give it the same importance like any other subject, said Ms. Niru Agarwal, Trustee, Greenwood High.
