Mumbai, June 27, 2017: Dale Carnegie Training India announces call for entries for the prestigious ‘Dale Carnegie Leadership Award 2017’. The Dale Carnegie Global Leadership Award recognizes and awards companies who are dedicated to the ideal that their employees are as important to the overall success of the organization as any technology, patent or business strategy.
This is third year in which Dale Carnegie India has opened up nominations to the Global Leadership Award.
Applications received are judged by an influential global jury including panel from Dale Carnegie and Associates,New York. The judging criterion involves a thorough assessment of recent investments in coaching, training and organizational development linked to people performance. The factors taken into consideration for the awards include key goals and initiatives under the three broad categories of Organizational Structure, Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Engagement.
The winner of the Dale Carnegie Global Leadership Award is decided based on the quality and content of initiatives described in the completed application forms received by the deadline (August 15, 2017). The award winners will be announced in November at an annual Global Leadership Award event in New Delhi.

The Dale Carnegie Global Leadership Award was created by Dale Carnegie & Associates to recognize companies who are dedicated to the ideal that their people, their employees, are as important to the overall success of the organization as any technology, patent or business strategy. These are companies who are committed and dedicated to improving their performance by developing their people. The first Dale Carnegie Leadership Award was presented in 1985 to The Ford Motor Company. Other past winners include: Coca-Cola, Adidas, The Boeing Company, State Farm Insurance, Stop & Shop, Wal-Mart, Campbell Soup and The Four Seasons Hotel. Wipro Technologies was the first Indian recipient of this award in 2007.
