August 16th: Courtyard by Marriott Agra is hosting a unique festival showcasing some of the best dishes from different parts of India. Aptly called ‘Flavors of India’, guests at the 10 day long festival (August 12 to 21) will journey through the culinary road of India. Gastronomes at the festival will get to feast on diverse Indian cuisines at hotel’s MoMo Café. MoMo Café is the hotel’s contemporary all day dining restaurant, warm and welcoming.

“The festival has been designed to explore India’s culinarydiversity over 10 glorious days beginning August 12th to August 21st. It’s a rare opportunity to revel in the nation’s gastronomic legacy”says Mr. Rajneesh Kumar, Director Food & Beverage.

It’s our way of recreating a nationalistic flavor around Independence Day. The buffet will feature delicacies from different parts of India.With this eclectic fare, we aim to cater to gastronomes with an appetite for regional flavors” says Executive Chef, Vivek Kalia.

“Flavors of India” will feature the best of authentic food from different place of India. It will include Kashmiri,Punjabi, Awadhi, Mughlai, Rampuri and Hyderabadi cuisines. The chef will be using home-madespices to give you a real taste of region. Guests at the festival will get to explore a variety of kebabs, kormas and desserts served the authentic khansama way. During the festival patrons cansavour delicacies such as nihari, laalmaas, different types of biryanis and much more.Some mouth-wateringdesserts Khubanikahalwa, anannaskekheer, leetchisewiyan, Mirchkahalwaare also in the menu.
